Service and Maintenance

Comsys offers attractive support packages for trouble free regular maintenance of your ADF investment. The packages include regular periodic maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.Even though the ADF systems are designed for years of use in harsh environments the are dependant on regular maintenance to perform optimally.

The current support and maintenance packages are:

  • VISIT: Regular preventive maintenance with phone and e-mail support
  • RESPONSE: Regular preventive maintenance with guaranteed response time in case of fault and support via e-mail and phone.

Visit

VISIT

Visit is our basic support and maintenance package. It covers all necessary preventive maintenance as well as telephone and e-mail technical support.

Preventive Maintenance

Inspection of cabinets, connection and cabling
Inspection of power processors and line filters
Review of cooling system
Functional tests
Verification of protection equipment
Verification of automation circuitry and control computer
Necessary adjustments and cleaning

Inspection with Service Report

An inspection of the ADF system is performed at each service occasion. The inspection is intended to verify the function of the system and verify the performance of the unit. A service report is established after each service occasion.

Technical Support

Our support can handle your questions regarding maintenance, configuration and operation of the ADF unit. Support is given via phone and email. Phone support hours are weekdays except public holidays during office hours.

Response is our upgraded maintenance and support package.

Preventive Maintenance

On-site Emergency Maintenance and Repairs

Maintenance visits, on site, is included in the package with a guaranteed response time. 8 hours of on site maintenance and repair time is included in the package and includes travel cost. The response time applies to office hours during weekdays except public holidays.

On-site Emergency - Extended Support

Guaranteed response times outside office hours and during public holidays can be offered. Contact us for more information.
