Commissioning and Training

Usually Comsys commissions all sold ADF systems. Training is normally performed during commissioning of ADF systems.

Commissioning

Commissioning is performed using thorough safety and quality procedures to guarantee the proper function, safety, reliability and perfomance of the completed installation. Specific procedures are used to ensure that safety requirements are met and that no disturbances occurs on the customer site. The commissioning procedures are divided into the following steps:

  • Installation and inspection of delivered equipment
  • Control computer, measurement system and signal system verification
  • Low power tests
  • High power tests
  • Acceptance test

The commissioning ensures optimal operation of the ADF system. The procedures are part of Comsys quality ensurance policies and procedures.

Training

The training walks the customer through the documentation. During training operational procedures are taught, including basic operation, fault recovery and troubleshooting, routine maintenance procedures, safety precautions of the ADF system. Further basic work principles of the ADF technology is taught.

The main audience of the training is primarily operational personnel and electricians.
