Support

Support is given via phone and email. When a maintenance package is bought the customer is provided with an email address and phone number to contact technical support. Support is currently only available in conjunction with a maintenance package.

The support broadly covers:

  • General operational issues
  • Installation support
  • Configuration
  • Maintenance
  • Spare parts, retrofits
  • Troubleshooting advice, diagnosis

Our support personnel has the technical skills to assist you quickly which reduces downtime.

Phone support hours are weekdays except public holidays during office hours.
